Snazzy, Inc., doing business as RocketSDR ("RocketSDR"), does not allow unsolicited bulk email or other unsolicited messages to be used to advertise the rocketsdr.ai website or any RocketSDR domain.
We do not buy, rent or scrape email lists to promote RocketSDR. We do not send bulk email advertising rocketsdr.ai. We do not ask or pay anyone else to do so. Any message we send about RocketSDR identifies us truthfully, has an accurate subject line, includes our postal address, and has a working one-click unsubscribe. We honour opt-out requests promptly and permanently.
Customers who send email through RocketSDR must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and PECR. Customers may not send spam, use purchased or harvested lists, disguise the sender, or link to rocketsdr.ai in their outbound messages. Customer emails must carry the customer's own identity and an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribes and bounces are suppressed automatically and cannot be overridden.
We investigate every complaint. Accounts that send unsolicited bulk messages are suspended, and their sending mailboxes and domains are disconnected. Repeat or serious violations lead to termination without refund.
