It is the script OpenAI's ads tag loads: the measurement pixel advertisers add so ChatGPT ad clicks can be tied to conversions on their own site. Its presence means a site has set up OpenAI ads measurement; it does not tell you how much, or whether, they are currently spending.
How can I check if a website has the ChatGPT ads tag?
